Biography

Nils Börnsen is senior policy officer in the division responsible for competition policy, competition law, competition policy issues of digitalization of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. Previously he held positions in the department of digital and innovation policy of the same ministry, as well as in the Permanent Mission of Germany to the WTO in Geneva. PhD in international law (University of Bonn), LL.M. in European and French Law (Université Paris I), German lawer by training.
