SES is uniquely operating two constellations of satellites to deliver a large portfolio of communications services around the world. Cécil’s role is to manage the impact of telecoms legislations and spectrum policies for these two constellations in the EMEA region, in a context of outstanding business developments for the satellite sector in 5G, Cloud and the connectivity of mobile (aeronautical and maritime) platforms.
