Biography

Alison Lacy’s practice is focused on procurement and project development for large capital projects. Alison has significant experience in mining, energy and infrastructure projects. Alison has assisted with the procurement, development and financing aspects of mining projects in Canada, Panama, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Cuba, Madagascar, Senegal and Nigeria. In the electricity and resource sectors, Alison has worked on transactions in Canada, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, China and India. Currently involved in the infrastructure aspects of projects in Canada, Chile, Argentina and Senegal. Alison’s expertise has been recognized by Chambers Global and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.
