Lisa Antman

Biography

Lisa specialises in the area of banking and finance law and has more than 17 years´ experience in different types of financial transactions including acquisition- and real estate financing, syndicated lending, bond issues and securitisation. From her many years´ association with the law firm Shearman & Sterling in London and EIB in Luxembourg Lisa has specialized in structured financings such as project financings and other asset financings. Lisa advises national and international clients ranging from corporations, organisations, banks, funds and export credit agencies. Lisa is also a qualified solicitor. Education: LL.M in Banking and Finance Law, Queen Mary & Westfield College 1996 and LL.M in Swedish Law, University of Stockholm 1995.
