Max Riederer von Paar is a partner Rubin, Winston, Diercks, Harris & Cooke, L.L.P. as partner in 2004. He is a member of the District of Columbia, New York and Virginia bar, and is admitted as Rechtsanwalt in Germany and in Liechtenstein. He specializes in international tax planning for multinational family offices and individuals (cross-border charitable giving, use of offshore life insurance including private placement insurance, planning with foreign trusts, etc.), tax compliance for international taxpayers, as well as in international business transactions, international litigation (with a focus on the representation of foreign sovereigns).
