Biography

Diane Lazzaris is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of WESCO International, Inc., a publicly-traded Fortune 500 company and a leading provider of business-to-business distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions with ~ 18,000 employees and 2021 sales of more than $18 billion. Ms. Lazzaris joined Wesco in 2010, and from 2008 to 2010, she served as Senior Vice President - Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc., a publicly-traded retailer. From 1994 to 2008, she held various in-house counsel positions at Alcoa Inc., a global manufacturer, including as counsel to a group of global businesses with revenues of approximately $10 billion. Previously, she was an auditor at Ernst & Young. Ms. Lazzaris is a licensed CPA and a CFA charterholder.
