Biography

Harpreet is Independence Pet Group's Privacy Officer. She advises in all areas of corporate compliance and oversees the legal and privacy affairs of the corporation She also manages governance and regulatory compliance for the corporation and is responsible for all in-house ethics programs, government affairs, and public policy activities on domestic and international affairs, and oversees privacy and legal operations in Canada and the United States. Harpreet earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Buckingham School of Law and a post graduate certificate in Womens' Studies from Yale University. Harpreet was named as GC Powerlist Winner: Canada 2020. The GC Powerlist highlights the very best and Top 100 General Counsel in Canada.
