Biography

Adeniji A. Oni is a legal practitioner and Principal of Niji Oni & Co. He has a span of over 10 years varied work experience in many industry sectors. Recently he has focused on Fintech, Agriculture, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, and the Real Estate & Hospitality sectors, leveraging on his background in finance and intellectual property law, he has contributed immensely to the named sector's corporate and finance structure, enabling businesses to deliver on their respective objectives. Niji has through several public speaking and write-ups discussed and critically analysed legal issues affecting the corporate world. He has also helped in policy making and development to the tune of some advancing to enactments. Also active- Member of the Food Lawyers Network, Member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Member of the ITECH Law.
