Sarah-Jane Fick

Biography

Sarah-Jane is an Executive Director of Dubai Holding, where she manages international and domestic arbitrations within the Legal team. She previously worked for ten years in Freshfields' global projects practice, focusing on construction disputes arising from the delivery of major infrastructure, energy and natural resources projects. Sarah-Jane has contributed numerous publications on topics of construction law and arbitration including a book chapter in the Sweet & Maxwell textbook ‘Dealing with Delay and Disruption on Construction Disputes’. She is admitted to practice law in England and Wales, but has spent over a decade in the United Arab Emirates.
