Biography

Sandeep has a career of more than 30 years with law firms and 21 years as a partner. He has been with J. Sagar Associates, leading Indian law firm, since 2008 as a partner. Sandeep specializes in foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate restructuring transactions. He has been advising Indian and foreign clients on corporate, commercial and employment transactions.
