Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach, USALinda Lee is an Australian and New York qualified lawyer with corporate finance and aviation industry experience working in Sydney, Hong Kong and New York, both as a private practitioner and as in-house counsel. She has represented banks, sponsors, operators and equity participants across a broad range of corporate transactions including cross border and structured financings, leveraged lease financings, secured and unsecured lending, public offering and private placement of securities, restructurings and cross border leasing over aviation assets. Linda started her career at a top tier Australian firm where she practiced cross-border finance and corporate mergers and acquisitions. She then moved to New York focusing on aviation finance before moving in-house with two leading aircraft lessors based in California and Hong Kong. Linda returned to private practice in New York and subsequently transitioned to a self-sponsored green card (during which time, she purchased and completed a gut renovation project of a Brooklyn multi-family home). Linda received her law degree from the University of Sydney with a scholarship exchange at the NYU School of Law. She also received her Master of Laws in comparative studies with cross-institutional participation at Cambridge (England), Humboldt (Berlin), ECUPL (Shanghai) and Ritsumeikan (Tokyo/Kyoto).
