Biography
Ms. Jennifer Wang is a senior partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. Her practice areas are corporate investment and financing, including securities issuance, foreign direct investment, Outbound direct investment, etc., Ms. Jennifer Wang is especially good at domestic and international acquisitions and mergers, corporate reorganizations, trust and asset securitization.
Corporate Investment & Financing:
Ms. Wang has provided legal services regarding direct and indirect investment and financing projects for dozens of Chinese and foreign-invested enterprises, including establishment of new companies, domestic and overseas M&A, corporate reform and restructuring of assets, IPOs in mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, etc. She has provided legal services for a number of foreign investment organizations’ M&A projects in China, as well as legal services regarding the IPO and listing on the SME board of Shanghai Bestway Ship Engineering Design Co., Ltd., (stock code: 300008); the IPO of Anhui Xingma Automobile Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600375) and legal services regarding the equity transfer project of Shanghai Yaohua Pilkingyon Glass Co., Ltd. (SH600819). Besides, she has also advised on the shareholding reform projects of dozens of domestic enterprises.
Outbound Investment:
Ms. Wang is experienced in outbound investment projects. The service scope covers design of transaction structure, preparing due diligence report and drafting other documents required for transaction, mutual negotiation and other legal consulting. Furthermore, Ms. Wang is also dedicated to the research on the legal environment of countries along the "One Belt and One Road", and providing legal services and suggestions for Chinese enterprises for their investment in countries along the "One Belt and One Road".
Foreign Direct Investment in China:
Ms. Wang has provided legal service for many foreign countries and served as retainer for the companies. One of such companies is one of the three largest spirits and wine group.
