Biography

Ludger Schult is a founding partner of GLNS. He represents clients in a broad range of corporate matters and transactions, typically in a cross-border context. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (private equity/venture capital), joint ventures, general corporate and compliance matters (in particular corporate governance and manager liability issues), restructuring as well as distressed M&A and distressed debt transactions. Prior to founding GLNS, he worked with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in Munich and K&L Gates in New York.
