Biography
Odín is the youngest partner and a board member of Mayora & Mayora, S.C., a regional law firm in Central America with over 55 years of experience and four offices in the Northern Triangle. Odín is the partner in charge of Mayora & Mayora’s offices in Honduras, one located in the capital city of Tegucigalpa and the other in the manufacturing hub of San Pedro Sula.
He holds a master’s degree and a postgraduate degree in international law and international relations from the University Complutense of Madrid and The Hague Academy of International Law. He has also done doctoral studies in economic law and international commerce at the University Complutense of Madrid. Lastly, he has completed management and leadership studies at the Lex Mundi Institute. Odín is also a Honduran notary a nd an arbitrator at the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tegucigalpa.
He specializes in corporate law, international law, litigation, and arbitration and advises important clients in a wide variety of industries such as construction, leisure, transportation, textile, energy, food and beverage, and non-profit, among others. He has appeared as a Barrister before different national and international courts and manages complex corporate matters.
As a University Professor at Honduran National Autonomous University and Columnist of La Tribuna, a notable Honduran newspaper, he has prepared and published several investigations and articles related to public and private international law and international relations.
