Biography

Rebecca Wald is associate partner, tax advisor and expert adviser on international tax law in FGS’s Frankfurt office. Her practice focuses on international tax law, structuring of cross-border investments (inbound and outbound), M&A and corporate reorganizations, business taxation and taxation of real-estate transactions. She is a lecturer at the University of Freiburg and National Tax Reporter (Germany) of the International Bar Association.
