Katarina Klaric is a Director, Stephens Lawyers & Consultants, a boutique commercial law firm based in Australia with expertise in intellectual property, e-commerce, technology and privacy law, competition and consumer law, international trade and regulatory compliance. Katarina’s practice includes dispute resolution and litigation. Katarina, Co-chairs the Disputes Subcommittee of the IBA Technology Law Committee.
