Biography

Zaib Rasool is a Policy Advisor in the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes (TFFC), engaging on beneficial ownership and other financial transparency and regulatory issues. Her current focus is on the implementation of the U.S. Corporate Transparency Act and the U.S. Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020. She also represents the U.S. delegation at the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on beneficial ownership transparency efforts, including on revisions to relevant FATF standards and associated guidance.
