Seasoned labour and employment lawyer, head of the International Employment Team with Van Doorne (www.vandoorne.com), Amsterdam. Brings to the table over 30 years of high-level consultancy and litigation experience and an in-depth knowledge of doing business globally. Specialises in labour and employment law with a focus on M&A and restructurings, workers participation (including setting up European works councils), boardroom consultancy, governance and executive remuneration, employee data privacy and European and cross-border labour and employment law.
