Biography

Jordi joined Pérez-Llorca in 2006 after having worked at a prestigious national law firm and completing a full-time Master’s degree in International Business Law at ESADE. He was made Partner in January 2019. Jordi advises national and international clients on: M&A transactions (carve-outs, mergers, restructurings, acquisitions, etc.), joint ventures and strategic agreements, corporate governance, projects financings, corporate law and commercial contract law, servicing agreements (NPLs portfolios, etc.) and corporate-real estate matters. In addition, Jordi has been very active and has assisted clients (industrial groups and PE and VC funds) in some of the most relevant matters in the Spanish market regarding infrastructures (telecoms, etc.), technology (big data, e-commerce, technological platforms, etc), financial institutions, healthcare, tourism and distribution.
