Robert Knauss

Biography

Robert B. Knauss joined Warburg Pincus in 2013 as Managing Director and General Counsel. He is based in New York and oversees the firm’s legal and regulatory matters. He also serves as a member of the executive management group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Knauss was a corporate partner at the firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP in Los Angeles, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities and private equity.
