Biography

Christian advises companies comprehensively on matters relating to investment and banking regulatory law, payment services and securities regulation.

In investment law, Christian advises investment management companies, depositaries, asset managers as well as investors. His mandates include licensing proceedings, outsourcing transactions in the asset management sector, the structuring and marketing of investment products as well as regulatory advice on M&A and other transactions in the asset management industry.

In banking regulatory law, Christian advises credit institutions, investment firms and other financial market participants as well as non-financial enterprises. A particular focus of his work is advising companies on payment services as well as giving advice on innovative technologies in the financial sector (FinTech), in particular in payment services and asset management.
