Biography

Adrian Rae Leipsic is a Partner in Cleary Gottlieb’s Private Funds practice focusing on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds. His experience covers a broad array of private fund strategies, including leveraged buyout, special situations, distressed debt and loan origination funds, and private business development companies. Adrian advises fund sponsors in connection with negotiating “seed” investments, joint ventures, and other internal arrangements. He routinely presents on topics related to private investment funds and was recently named one of Private Funds Management’s “30 under 40” for 2017.
