Geoff Bauer

Biography

Geoff Bauer is Principal and Assistant General Counsel at Pzena Investment Management, LLC. Prior to joining Pzena in 2014, Mr. Bauer was an associate in the Investment Management Group of the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review.
