Biography

Anderson Ribeiro has solid experience in conducting cutting-edge cases involving litigation and advisory in the Life Sciences & Healthcare area. He also specializes in issues related to product recalls, as well as compliance and anti-corruption issues with a focus on demands from the life sciences sector. Anderson has an outstanding history in cases involving regulation, government procurement and industrial property before the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa), the Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA) and the National Health Agency (ANS), among other bodies, in addition to acting in proceedings before the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), the Ministry of Health, the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (Inmetro), the Health Secretariats and state and municipal health authorities. It represents national and multinational companies from the most varied sectors, with a special focus on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, health products, food, cosmetics, sanitizing products, agrochemicals, veterinary products and emerging technologies.
