Biography

Luca is a partner in Portolano Cavallo’s Life Sciences and M&A practice groups. He focuses his practice in domestic and cross border M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions acting for investors and companies at all stages of development across the spectrum of life sciences and technology industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and digital/information technology. Luca has been ranked as leading practitioner in the Life Sciences sector and M&A and Corporate Governance in the 2018 and 2019 Who’s Who Legal guide and he is mentioned in the Legal500 "Life Sciences" Italian ranking. In 2016 and 2017 he were on secondment at the M&A and Private Equity department of in NYC office of a leading US firm.
