Erik Kjær-Hansen

Biography

Erik Kjær-Hansen is of the leading competition law experts in Denmark. For more than 20 years, he has assisted Danish and international entities in relation to competition law, procurement law, state aid law and other regulatory matters. He has comprehensive litigation experience, including in cases before the Danish Supreme Court. Recommended in legal directories Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and Who's'Who, Erik Kjær-Hansen "is praised by clients for 'offering prompt, sound and to-the-point legal advice'." Erik Kjær-Hansen graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 1998 and obtained an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2003.
