Biography

Claes Langenius is a partner at Hammarskiöld & Co, based in Stockholm and a member of the Swedish Bar (Advokat) since 1994. Mr. Langenius specialises in EU competition law including litigation in Swedish and EU Courts and before the institutions, investigations, compliance and merger reviews. His practice also includes Intellectual Property Right issues especially within the media and entertainment sector. Mr. Langenius has numerous expert appointments by Legal 500, Chambers, Global Competition Review and PLC and has been described by clients and peers as “very competent, confidence-inspiring and at the same time very sympathetic.
