Biography

Zoya is a partner of North Legal, a law firm based in Barcelona, Spain. She is specialised in comercial and trademark law with a special focus on technology companies. Zoya has counseled and assisted emerging technology companies from various parts of the world, including the United Kingdom, US and Russia to set up operations in Spain. She also represents clients in cross-border litigation related to trademarks and technology. Zoya is a vice-chair of the IBA’s Knowledge Management and Technology Sub-Committee.
