Hannah Laming
Biography
Hannah has extensive experience representing individuals and corporates subject to SFO, FCA and NCA investigations in the UK as well as those subject to global enforcement action. Key areas of expertise include corruption, complex fraud, money laundering, contentious financial services regulation and private prosecutions. Hannah also specialises in co-ordinating complex criminal and regulatory cross border litigation and advising in relation to internal investigations. Hannah is listed as a Leading Individual by Legal 500. She is a founder member and Chair of the Private Prosecutors’ Association and the Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Business Crime Committee and writes and speaks regularly on her areas of expertise.
