Biography

Alessandra joined IMI Group in June 2018 as Senior Legal & Compliance Legal Counsel for Italy. IMI Group is a specialist engineering group that designs, manufactures and services highly engineered products that control the precise movement of fluids. IMI's headquarter is in Birmingham, England. IMI is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. As member of IMI Legal & Compliance Team, Alessandra assists Italian companies in negotiating commercial agreements as well as managing corporate affairs. In addition, she provides daily legal and compliance support to Italian business. Alessandra has an extensive experience in commercial, compliance and corporate matters, gained in private practice as well as in-house roles. She started her carrier as associate of top tier Italian law firms, but after almost 10 years in private practice, in 2012 she decided to become an in-house lawyer. Before joining IMI, Alessandra worked as in-house legal counsel for companies active in consumers appliances, luxury as well as construction sector.
