Biography

Stefan advises clients on all aspects of domestic and international tax law, with a focus on transactions-related tax issues and cross border matters. In particular, he advises clients on (cross border) M&A transactions, real estate transactions as well as restructurings of distressed companies. His practice also includes tax planning and succession planning for multinationals and family owned businesses. Stefan’s client portfolio comprises large private equity funds as well as globally acting strategic investors.
