Biography

Gunhild Dugstad has been with Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS since 2007, as a partner since 2015. Gunhild's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, company law and the capital markets. She has extensive experience as a project manager in major and complicated transactions, particularly within private equity and financial services. Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 have ranked Gunhild as "Up & Coming" and "Next Generation Partner" respectively within M&A and corporate law.
