Biography

Robert Gawałkiewicz has been the Managing Partner of SK&S, Poland since the beginning of 2017. He is also senior partner and head of the corporate/M&A practice of SK&S. He has more than 25 years of legal experience, focusing on M&A and corporate and commercial disputes. He graduated from the Law Faculty at the University in Poznan, Poland and completed postgraduate studies in Bonn, Germany (German business law). He heads SK&S German Desk and is also an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
