Biography

Jens Näsström is a Swedish Occupational psychologist and independent researcher specialized in factors that drive success, efficacy, and well-being in lawyers. For nearly two decades I have studied, assessed, and trained lawyers. I identify strategic challenges at all stages of the talent management cycle – recruitment, training, retention, and leadership – and create disruptive, tactical solutions to them. Collaboration partners include the Swedish Bar Association, Finnish Bar Association, Danish Bar Association, Law Society, Thomson Reuters, IBA, Swedish Corporate Counsels' Association, law student organizations, and law firms in a dozen countries.
