Biography

Catriona Hatton is the partner in charge of the firm’s Brussels office and co-chair of the firm’s global antitrust and competition law group. She is well known for her work in EU, UK and international merger control, representing clients in some of the largest most complex deals in the market, as well as in antitrust investigations and compliance matters. Catriona is recommended in Chambers Europe as a business-oriented practitioner and in Chambers Global, where she is particularly praised for her commercial acumen and her work in international merger control. She was named as a Global Elite Thought Leader by Who's Who Legal. Catriona is an Officer and Secretary of the International Bar Association's Antitrust Section.
