Biography

Lucy Maxwell is a human rights lawyer and Senior Legal Associate at the Climate Litigation Network, a project of the Urgenda Foundation. Lucy specialises in strategic State-based climate litigation and advises on human rights obligations in the context of climate change. In current and previous roles, Lucy has worked with human rights defenders in Europe, South Africa and South Asia on a range of human rights claims arising under national, regional and international frameworks.
