Dr. Nadine Hartung advises clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, corporate litigation and capital markets. Nadine has experience working with public and private companies, private equity as well as with individual investors. She has advised clients based in Europe, the United States and Canada on various cross border M&A deals. Nadine represents clients in a variety of industries with a focus on the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
