Biography

Krystle Baptista Serna is an independent arbitrator and consultant based in Madrid. She takes part in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the main international rules. She is also an associate professor at IE Law School. She completed her law degree at the University of Navarra with diplomas in Anglo-American Law and Global Law, and she did an LL.M. in International Legal Studies at New York University. She speaks Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese. She is admitted to practice in Madrid and New York.
