Biography

Angelina M Petti is admitted to the New York bar, Swiss bar (Zurich) and is a solicitor of England and Wales. Her practice focuses on international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration where she acts as arbitrator, arbitral secretary and counsel. She has acted in complex cross-border multi-jurisdictional arbitrations under all major arbitral rules and in arbitrations governed by various procedural and substantive laws, and also has experience employing ADR techniques such as mediation and conciliation.
