Biography

Reina is a general counsel assisting Drift Protocol, one of the fastest growing projects in decentralised finance built on Solana. Her work has involved leading strategy, structuring, regulatory and product development. Prior to this, Reina was a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons specialising in mergers and acquisitions with experience in both public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as funds. She has supported clients in the telecommunications, healthcare, property and infrastructure sectors. She also has experience in general corporate advisory matters, tax, intellectual property and dispute resolution matters. Reina was nominated as an Australasian Lawyer Rising Star in 2022 and a finalist at the Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 awards in 2021.
