Lieke Van der Velden

Biography

Lieke van der Velden is managing partner of Nautadutilh. She combines her management tasks with her corporate/M&A practice. Lieke specialises in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, with a specific emphasis on the financial sector. Lieke graduated from Utrecht University in 1995 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year. She obtained a post-graduate degree in securities law (cum laude).
