Biography
Professor Dr. Dr. Doris Hildebrand is competition economist and managing partner of EE&MC with offices in Düsseldorf, Brussels, Paris and Vienna. EE&MC is specialized in the quantification of cartel damages, digital markets and the assessment of competition restraints. In private enforcement cases, EE&MC mainly supports larger companies in their settlement negotiations. Professor Hildebrand is a pioneer in European competition economics. She is currently working on the fifth edition of her book on "The Role of Economic Analysis in EU Competition law - The European School”. Current teaching and research assignments are at the University Sorbonne and Nanterre in Paris.
