Biography
Ms Lan now working for IISD as a position Agricultural Investment Lawyer. She has over 13 years’ experience working on Lawyer advisor in several fields, criminal, marriage and family, labour, inherit, land conflict, more than 10 years working on Policies analysis. She has working as National specialist on Policies Analysis for FAO, WB, UNDP, etc. Ms Lan now has more than 16-year experience working at local and international NGOs, organizing, writing training materials and delivering workshops in advocacy, 12 years working on disabilities and development (policy advocacy; public advocacy); Gender equality, reproductive health, HIV/ AIDS for adolescents and young adults. Over 10 years’ experience on Land and Forestry land governance to working with Mekong regional countries (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar). She worked for Mekong region Land Governance from 2015 to 2021 as National facilitator and Gender advisor.
Ms Lan has experience in evaluation, as project evaluation, Organization evaluation, developing project evaluation, etc. support/ advisor for CSO, CBO, state agencies on legislation and re-structure for sustainable development. I led a group writing learning materials on Reproductive Rights for Adolescents for CARE International. She has also advised CARE in helping to draft laws concerned with the care and protection of young people.
