Biography

Poorvi Chothani, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Partner of LawQuest, a global immigration firm with offices in India and the U.S. Licensed to practice in India, the U.S., and England & Wales, her practice is focused on U.S. and Indian immigration law, advising companies on global mobility and investor immigration, including the EB-5 program. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the IBA Immigration and Nationality Committee and has held several leadership roles within the International Bar Association and other professional organizations. An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Poorvi has led numerous initiatives for its members. Recognized as a Who’s Who Legal Thought Leader since 2009 and featured in WWL: Thought Leaders Global Elite 2024, she frequently writes and speaks on immigration topics and is regularly featured or quoted in leading media outlets, television, and podcast platforms.
