Helen Shi
Biography
Recognized by Chambers & Partners as “an icon of arbitration” in China, Ms. Shi has handled more than 100 cases, representing clients in a breadth of disputes, including equity acquisitions, oil and gas projects, hotel management, aircraft leasing, and construction disputes in litigation before Chinese courts and in arbitration cases before the ICC, the AAA, SIAC, HKIAC, CIETAC and ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules. Ms. Shi has also participated as an arbitrator in nearly 90 cases. Ms. Shi is also acting as Vice President of the ICC Court of Arbitration and the Committee member of Beijing Arbitration Commission. She has been recognized by Chamber as "Band 1" arbitration lawyer since 2008.
