Biography

I am a corporate lawyer who started its professional career at the M&A department of the Magic Circle law firm Linklaters, where I stayed for six years. During my time at the firm, I advised on public and private M&A transactions, joint-ventures and cross-border restructuring deals, management incentive plans and Spanish corporate governance. For the past two and a half years, I have been the Head of Legal and secretary to its board of directors of The Power Business School, an EdTech start-up based on educational recordings and telematic education with the collaboration of third-party experts. I incorporated from scratch the legal department of the start-up, leading the A-series funding round (one of the Biggest A funding rounds in Spain) and implementing all the procedures from a legal standpoint, such as, among others, labour and commercial agreements, data protection policies, IP and image rights and corporate housekeeping. I also hold an Executive MBA from the IESE Business School (2022) and co-founded with my sibling a luxury clothing brand specialized in baby alpaca fibers.
