Biography

Martin Hauser is an experienced commercial mediator, certified in France, Germany, and by the IMI, specializing in facilitating intercultural deals and resolving primarily transnational, emotionally charged conflicts in English, French, and German. He has mediated cases in various sectors, including IP, IT, arts, luxury products, cosmetics, food and beverages, competition, aviation, joint ventures, energy, industrial projects, distribution, and investment mediations in the telecommunications, oil, and gas sectors. A founding partner of BMH AVOCATS, he practiced as a business lawyer in Paris for over 30 years. He is a member of the Munich (Rechtsanwalt) and Paris (Avocat honoraire) Bars, a past co-chair of the IBA Mediation Committee, and currently serves as an Officer of the IBA Mediation Committee Advisory Board as well as a member of the VIAC Mediation Advisory Board in Vienna.
