Biography

Martin Hauser is an experienced commercial mediator, certified in France, Germany, and by the IMI. He specializes in facilitating intercultural transactions and resolving primarily transnational, emotionally charged conflicts in English, French, and German. He has mediated cases across a wide range of sectors, including intellectual property, IT, the arts, luxury goods, cosmetics, food and beverages, competition, aviation, joint ventures, energy, industrial projects, distribution, and investment disputes in the telecommunications, oil, and gas sectors. A founding partner of BMH AVOCATS, he practiced as a business lawyer in Paris for over 30 years. He is a member of the Paris Bar (Avocat honoraire) and the Munich Bar (Rechtsanwalt), a former Co-Chair of the IBA Mediation Committee, and currently serves as an Officer on its Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Mediation Advisory Board of VIAC in Vienna.
