His firm serves as a one-stop to legal market demands and commercial legal services, with a particular focus on integrating cutting-edge technology into traditional legal practice. Leading a dynamic legal practice that has grown from a startup to a recognized firm with multiple seasoned attorneys. he oversees all aspects of firm operations while maintaining active involvement in complex litigation and corporate matters. His firm is known for successfully facilitating international business acquisitions and providing comprehensive legal solutions to established business organizations. HOSPITALITY & TOURISM Lugard serves as the Group Managing Director of the fast-rising and the first indigenous luxury hospitality firm in Nigeria(The Jagz Hotel). With the instrumentality of law and his unmatched leadership skills, he successfully set up the hotel from a start-up to the present enviable status in Africa. INTERNATIONAL ENGAGEMENT He has served as an International Evaluator and a Judge at the prestigious IBA International Criminal Court Moot Competition in the Hague, Netherlands from 2023 till date. This role involves evaluating international legal memorials from students across the world and sitting as a Presiding Judge at the international competition. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES He has served as a speaker at the International Bar Association Annual General Conference in Paris, France and Mexico. NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS Through the Joseph & Oreoluwa Agbomoagan Foundation and A Vision to Nurture & Send A Child 2 School Africa Initiative, he leads comprehensive community development programs that provide education, shelter, and support to aged women and underprivileged individuals.
