Sandra Jardim Fernandes, graduated in law from Portuguese Catholic University, lawyer with postgraduate courses in Management and European Studies is currently the Head of the Immigration Department at VCA Law Firm https://www.valadascoriel.com/en/. Over the last 30 years, Sandra has combined her legal expertise in real estate law, tourism law, corporate law and immigration law, assisting many national and international clients, both private and corporate, in outbound and inbound investments . On the last decade Sandra specialised in Immigration based on investment and other highly demanded Portuguese immigration programs . Sandra was the only Portuguese Speaker at the IBA Immigration 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021 Conferences speaking about the Portuguese Immigration by Investment program .
