Biography

David Heneghan is a Partner in the Immigration Group at Addleshaw Goddard Ireland LLP, a leading corporate law firm based in Dublin, Ireland. David is an experienced practitioner having worked for over 12 years across a broad client base incorporating US and EMEA law firms, multi-jurisdictional corporate clients as well as high net worth individuals and investors. David advises on a wide range of issues including: Naturalisation, Residency and Citizenship; Permission to remain; Post-nuptial citizenship; Visa applications; and Employment authorisations to include Critical Skills Employment Permits, General Employment Permits, Intra-Company Transfer Employment Permits and Contract for Services Employment Permits. David and his colleagues work closely with the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, the Department of Justice and Equality, the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Garda National Immigration Bureau to provide the best up to date advice to their clients. An accomplished public speaker, David has been invited to present regularly on complex immigration and global migration topics at many European, US and Global Immigration conferences.
